Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support residents daily, ensuring their welfare, discipline, and adherence to institutional standards.
• Assist the shift team during emergencies.
• Apply trauma-informed practices in daily interactions with residents.
• Maintain safety and security by conducting body and property checks, security patrols, dormitory inspections, and urine tests when required.
• Provide care and support for residents’ daily living needs in the hostel.
• Foster positive relationships with residents to promote a supportive environment.
• Participate in task force initiatives and assist in executing assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

• O Level and above
• Able to do rotating shift
• Firm in upholding the standards and responsive in dealing with people.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
